Policies, Terms & Service Conditions
At TECHMEN, we believe clear communication and fair practices build trust. These policies define how we work, protect both parties, and ensure professional, transparent, and high-quality results for every project.

Service Engagement & Project Acceptance
- All services are provided under a formal agreement.
- Projects are accepted after onboarding requirements, approvals, and initial payment.
- We may refuse or delay projects with incomplete requirements or payments.

Payment Structure & Financial Terms
- Initial payment of 30% is required before work begins.
- The remaining 70% is due upon project completion or before final delivery.
- For long-term or large projects, customized payment plans may apply.

Refund Policy & Project Cancellation
- Refund requests within 2 days of the start may be reviewed at our discretion.
- Once work has started, refunds are not available.
- After this period, refunds are issued only for minimal work completed.

Drafts, Previews & Property Protection
- Previews, drafts, and samples remain our intellectual property.
- They include visible and intentional protections.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

Revisions, Feedback & Scope Control
- Revisions follow the agreed scope, objectives, and creative direction.
- New requests or scope changes may require additional fees and timelines.
- Timely and consolidated feedback ensures smooth project delivery.

Client Responsibilities & Communication
- Clients must provide accurate content, approvals, and access on time.
- Delays in communication or approvals may lead to extended timelines.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client input.

Delivery, Ownership & Usage Rights
- Full payment grants usage rights as defined in the agreement.
- Ownership of working files may be transferred only if explicitly included.
- Unauthorized use of drafts, previews, or unfinished materials is prohibited.

Accepted Payment Methods
- Western Union, MoneyGram, RIA Money Transfer, Remitly, WorldRemit, and similar trusted transfer services.
- Local and international bank transfers are accepted.
- PayPal, Wise, and other supported online payment platforms.
- Binance Pay / USDT may be accepted upon request.

Confidentiality & Data Protection
- All client information, materials, and project data are kept confidential.
- We implement reasonable measures to protect sensitive information.
- Clients are also responsible for securing their own access credentials and data.

- We may update these policies at any time to reflect improvements or legal changes.
- Updated policies apply to all future projects and engagements.
- Disputes are governed by applicable business and commercial regulations.
